Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. Yes, we ship worldwide! Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Make sure your street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. GOD IS GREAT APPAREL is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our Headquarters, and in the hands of the post office, UPS or FEDEX we have no control over the package. Like any other entities, you must follow up with them with your tracking, if you chose the EXTRA insurance, that's a plus.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGE ALL SALES ARE FINAL IN STORE AND ONLINE
We will ONLY EXCHANGE if we send you the incorrect size or color, please use our size chart to ensure you order your desired size. Please keep in mind that all of our Apparel is UNISEX. Exchanges are not processed until we receive back the apparel (we mailed incorrectly) If you live in the state of NJ and you wish to exchange the incorrect item at our Headquarters. Once a return label has been issued, you must print it out and the item must be brought to USPS - UPS OR FEDEX within 14 days from email correspondence (excluding Sundays and national holidays) of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable IF UNWORN, no stains, and original packaging and original tags the same way it was shipped; in good condition, and in original packaging.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. "When will my order be shipped?" Orders are packaged and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays do not begin processing time until the next business day.
2. “I received an email saying my order is on the way, but the tracking number says my order is still in New Jersey. Can you please help me with this?” As we print order invoices, we also print shipping labels. When customers orders are printed, a tracking number will be emailed immediately. The tracking will not update until USPS, UPS or FEDEX has your package and has processed the package in their system.
3. “My order says delivered, but I haven’t received anything”. Please be advised that Once packages have left our HQ and in the hands of your chosen shipping method we have no control of the package. In most cases, USPS -UPS -FEDEX has marked the package delivered before it has actually been delivered and customers receive their package later in the day or the next day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered by your chosen shipping Method. GOD IS GREAT APPAREL is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages, you must follow up with your local chosen shipping carrier.
4. “I paid for rush shipping, but my order has not been shipped?” We do not offer rush shipping, we offer rush processing. Rush processing does not affect the shipping time. Rush processing allows customers orders to be printed first. Rush processing may affect your processing time only.
5. “I received a different item than the item I ordered. How can this be corrected?” If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our HQ and we will send the correct item. Please be prepared to send a picture of the items you received for our records.
6. “I just received my order and I would like to exchange the size. How do I do this?” Our exchange policy lasts 7 business days after the delivery date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays). Exchanges are not processed until we receive the items back at our HQ and the items are in good condition only. For an exchange please email our customer service department, we don't guarantee that another size or same item you purchased will be available, but our shipping department will notify you via email and maybe extend a phone call if necessary. We are not responsible for shipping or return shipping if you're requesting a different size other than what you originally ordered.
